Pair it with a pulled pork sandwich or a juicy fried chicken style burger and be prepared to be blown away. Crisp, tangy and bright, this simple and quick recipe is the best way to eat coleslaw.

Ingredients
1/2 Head Green Cabbage, chopped
1/3 Red Onion, diced
1 Granny Smith Apple, julienned
4 - 6 TBS Mayo or Veganaise
1 TSP Dijon Mustard
1 TBS Honey
1 Lemon, squeezed
Salt + Black Pepper, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
Sesame Seeds, optional
Fresh Chives, chopped
Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prep the cabbage, onion, apple, and herbs. Add into a large mixing bowl.
2. In a large measuring cup, mix in the lemon juice, mayo/veganaise, honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the sauce to the large mixing bowl of cabbage, and mix thoroughly. Add sesame seeds and garlic powder is desired. serve as a side or on top of your favorite BBQ sammie!
